A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere with very attentive staff who seemed to really enjoy their roles the food in the restaurant was super and the prices are very fair indeed thank you

今回で３回目の宿泊です、やはり安定のホテルです。他に安いホテルは沢山ありますがバルコニーでのんびり出来、朝食も品数豊富で美味しいし、夜が静かなところが一番。 既に８月の盆も予約しました。 夜の食事もグラッパ（１階）もとても美味しい。 ホテルスタッフもすれ違いで気軽に声をかけてくれるし、ベルボーイさんも楽しい人（名前忘れてしまいましたが４５歳の髪をツンツンに立ててる） 不満な点は１点・wi-fiが部屋で入りにくいところですかね。

We have stayed at the Woodlands Suites previously (as well as the resort and hotel next door) and returned, looking forward to some time by the (private) pool as well as perhaps accessing the pools in the resort adjoining it. However, we were horrified to discover that it is now the policy of the Woodlands Suites to reserve the sun loungers by the private pool for patrons who are staying a month or more. This meant that every day, only 3-4 loungers were available for other guests to use. Towels and name plaques were placed on the loungers early in the morning. These guests were able to use the loungers throughout the day. When these occupants left the poolside area, the towels were not removed by them or staff. In some cases, the reserved loungers were not occupied until late afternoon, or, as we observed, at times never occupied at all during the day. We are very disheartened by this new policy. We specifically chose to stay at the Woodlands Suites for the quiet of this pool. There are a number of other specifics to note: 1. The associated resort, Woodlands Resort, has signs that clearly state loungers cannot be reserved. 2. Whilst the pool areas in this other resort are pleasant, the pools are in dire need of repair and maintenance. They are well-below the standard that would be expected of a four-star complex. 3. We spoke with the general manager who was very courteous and listened to our complaints and suggestions to improve arrangements. He did say he would look into our issues and update us about any changes to the 'policy' and pool maintenance in the Woodlands Resort and Hotel.

ソフト面は良いです。迅速な対応をしてくれてとても気の利くハウスキーパーさん、お手伝いをしてくれる入口のポーターさん、手際の良いフロント等。ただし、部屋の作りが少し気が利いてないかなと。。。イスの数が多すぎてとても部屋が狭く感じます。イスが4つも大きいのがあったのですが、この部屋なら2つが限界のような気がします。 シャワーの湯量、温度、廃液、すべてよかったです。

파타야 방문 중 3 hotel 에서 머물렀는데, 우드랜드 레지던스가 가장 만족 스러웠습니다. 결혼 기념일이라고 메일을 보냈더니 기념품과 예쁜 인테리어를 준비해주었어요. 감동이었습니다. 건물은 좀 오래됐지만, 친절한 직원과 서비스. 아주 맛있는 조식..(최고)과 깨끗하고 조용한 풀장이 장점입니다. 위치도 조용하고 주변에 사바나 마자지(저렴하지만 서비스가 좋은 체인 마사지 샵)와 유명한 식당이 많아요. 특히 이탈리안 레스토랑이 있어 저녁마다 피자만 take out 해서 먹었어요. 근처에 큰 마트도 있어서 호텔에서 음식을 해 먹기도 좋습니다. 모든 식기가 갖추어져 있어요. 수시로 방이 청소되어 있고 수건이 새로 채워져 있어서 편리했습니다. 언제 왔다가는지 신기하게도 하루에 2번씩 수건이 바뀌어 있네요. 다음에 파타야에 가더라도 이 호텔에 머물계획입니다. 유흥가도 멀고, 음식점과 마사지 샵이 많아서 강추합니다. The room is quiet a clean and we could get the good service during my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and it was modern and coffee was good. I love the swimming pool it was managed clean every morning and the best swimming pool than the others hotels in Pattaya. I would like to re-visit this hotel if i go to Pattaya.The location is good and you could visit the famous Italian restaurant (Grottino Pizzeria) and savanna massage shop. In front of Wood Land Resort there is the very famous bakery. The Big C Mall is not far for walking and you could enjoy the good restaurants near this hotel.

For the start to process my booking, the Manager was very helpful although we don't have a chance to meet him during our stayed!. All hotel staffs polite and friendly. We have a problem for a WIFI connection, the receptionist very keen to help. The apartment very comfortable, a good size swimming pool. Breakfast plenty of choices, if you like quiet place have your breakfast could stay at the residence side Location easy to catch the baht bus nearby. A lot of spa and massage place nearby. Yes, the wifi not working very well at residence side, sometime we going to the hotel lobby to get the good signal! Overall, I highly recommend Room 1705 stayed on 10th Sept

Отличный отель, большая территория, 3 бассейна, на завтраках работает 2 ресторана на выбор. Завтраки отличные. Брали большой номер с кухней, вся посуда для приготовления пищи есть. Номер огромный с большим балконом
