great beach bar / cafe .. very friendly helpful staff and good selection of house music. rooms were somewhat shabby. swimming at the beach isnt possible as the water is not clean .. we had to take cars to other beaches.

"amazing solo retreat"

Excellent place for a solo traveller to stay,amazing staff,very clean room althought I would imagine that room would be very tight for 2 people. I will definitely stay again if I return to the island

"Brilliant hotel "

We stayed here for the full moon party at start of August. Can't fault the hotel, staff and cleanliness were great. Food also delicious but maybe a little pricey. Would stay again.

We stayed 9 nights. Never again Good -Ping pong, pool table, volley ball. Enclosed. Good for families who want a resort and dont mind being overcharged. -Good wifi. -Jungle type surroundings. Peaceful. Mostly quiet. Bad -Terrible service, especially from reception where staff were rude and arrogant -Wanted twin, got double. Made big fuss about getting an extra bed. -Breakfast (and food generally) over priced and small portions. No authentic thai food. (all staff are Burmese) -Room not cleaned until 3.30pm everyday. Always forgot something e.g. towels, refill tea/coffee. -over priced by about 60%. We found nicer places much cheaper closer to town. -On beach but water too shallow to swim in. -You'll need transport to get into town as it's about 3km from town centre -Witnessed owner filming documentary in restaurant - he got really drunk, tool his shirt off and talked about how he loved thai women because "they do whatever you want them to do."

"Exceptional"

This was our favourite hotel in our three week stay in Thailand!! We had booked the studio room which had a beautiful sea view and hot tub on balcony. I highly two commend booking this room as it is great value for money. The service to the full moon party was also well organised with cheap taxi and free body paint. The food was the best bit about the hotel and great value for money.

"Amazing milky bay"

great place. staff were brilliant . easily the best staff of any hotel we stayed in and we stayed in quite a few in thailand. very helpful and made a massive effort with everyone. would definitely recommend. food was amazing as well.
