The room was very comfortable, the wait staff were extremely attentive, friendly and bent over backwards to assist. The owner was very accessible and made a point of speaking with us daily. The pool, breakfasts etc... were very high quality.

There are a lot of steps, but it is an old building so it can be forgiven! The receptionist insisted we purchase an international drivers license prior to her arranging our car hire, but the car hire company did not even ask to see it - a waste of US$40!

Absolutely charming property. Our hosts were amazing, the suite was exquisitely furnished in traditional décor and for comfort on three levels. Wonderful views from the open air top level terrace. Breakfast was a real treat with delicious homemade goodies tastefully presented and plentiful. The hotel is family owned and operated and every attention to detail is perfection. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return! Highly recommended!

Petra hotel is tranquil, clean, and attractive. My wife and I enjoyed the fact that it was a couple friendly environment more than a kid-friendly hotel. We were looking for a getaway from the stresses of our day-to-day life, and Petra hotel delivered. The grounds and rooms are immaculate, and the staff was terrific. From the moment you arrive, your every need is taken care of, and there was never a want or need. The breakfast is the best we had throughout our vacation on four different islands. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a peaceful, calm, and stress-free getaway.

Very nice boutique hotel in Grykos. Service-minded and friendly staff. Very clean and facilities were in general well preserved and functioning. However, a lot o stairs and no elevator so travelers with small children should take notice. The price is quite high compared to the standard (we paid approx. 500 Euros/night) but it's a small hotel and we booked with fairly short notice, so that might have had an impact. Lovely swimming pool with pool area offering a stunning view over the sea.
