"It was okay until I went thru this problem and it shows how bad the company and the people really is"

The staff was very nasty and rude

My room flooded during the storm they didn’t wanna help me the lady told me I have to sleep in the room with the water every where because of after hours management can’t be contact

Es horrible que las habitaciones estuvieran llenas de humo a cigarrillo, no solo olor, tenían humo 3 habitaciones porque alquilé 3 de golpe a la vez y todas apestosas, los toma eléctricos no servían, el secador de pelo tampoco, iba con mi hijo y esas habitaciones fueron lo peor, jamás he rentado en un hotel tan pero tan malo.
