It was clean and check in process was very fast and easy

They heavy cigarette smell in the entire room

This was one of the worst motel/hotel experiences we have had. Left after 1 hour trying to make it work after a long night with cancelled flights...had to leave it was so bad.

I LOVE Red Roof Inns and go to 15+ every year. This one was not great. We checked in late so we did not communicate complaints to staff, but -There was moldy tea left in the kettle -shower did not drain -hair and debris in sink, shower, on floor -missing pillowcases -the under bed area was entirely metal ai it clanked with every movement. -room was non smoking but reeked of cigarettes

The lady at the desk did not want to extend my thing for one more day because she staying at my two year old and my three year old was disruptive because they put on a locked door. She was rude and disrespectful and I recorded her I have video that I’m currently trying to upload now. And they called DeKalb county police.

This was a pleasant surprise, we had to last minute book this hotel. It was a very good experience. Check in clerk was super nice. The room was in a good location. The room was clean. The a/c work very good. The bathroom, microwave and refrigerator were all clean. They had great amenities hand soap and lotion in a dispenser near the sink. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The towels were clean white. The ice maker worked and was.very clean because the melted ice water tasted clean. I would highly recommend this location of the red roof inn.

My first time experiencing a unclean room here. The floor wasnt swept, there was roaches in the room, and the water didnt get too hot. Overall i was safe and i did get a good nights rest.
