Beautiful beach attached to the hotel and plenty of sun beds available. The room was clean and well equipped with a lovely spacious balcony. The staff were all extremely friendly and kind and we felt very welcome. The food and drink is good and good value for this type of establishment. I would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice if more water was freely available - perhaps somewhere where bottles can be refilled by guests.

We had the most amazing experience at Hoi An Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive—they truly made us feel at home. The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. We also booked massages at the hotel, and they were absolutely incredible! Not only were they professional and relaxing, but they also offered incredible value for money. The food and drink were lovely too, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The location is perfect too, making it easy to get around and explore everything Hoi An has to offer. We loved every minute of our stay and we will definitely be returning! Highly recommended.

Swimming pool, room was spacious, comfortable bed.

Lacking soul, difficult to say what exactly, technically everything was very good.

From the moment we arrived we were relaxed. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The pool and beach areas very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing. The location was good would local shops in immediate proximity. I’m cera a wonderful place to stay.

Leider kaum europäisches Weinangebot vorhanden. Abfallproblem am Strand links und rechts der Unterkunft ist extrem schade. Das Problem sollte dringend angegangen werden.

The hotel is in a great position on the beach with great views and sense of space. The outdoor pool, bar and lawn were great. From what we saw, all rooms looked to have a good view and ours had a nice balcony.

Overall, the property is worn and needs some work on maintenance and a deep clean. There was a lot of attention paid to the lawn (which is lovely), but there were weeds and dead flowers everywhere else plus dirty external stairways. Our room was very small by Vietnam standards, with an absolutely tiny bathroom. The bathroom doors were saloon door style so offered zero privacy which isn’t really acceptable. The service was markedly not as good as everywhere else we stayed in Vietnam, and overall the hotel lacks a managerial presence. The food was the worst part. A tired, lacklustre buffet breakfast. A bbq evening with dried out, overcooked meat pre-cooked and sitting under heat before we even arrived, and the chefs sitting around nearby- awful!
