"Won’t stay here again- nice views but not value for money"

It is in a beautiful location with amazing views

Our Aircon didn’t work the whole night in crazy heat and they gave us fans which had no impact. They were not even nice about it and gave us 10percent discount after much complaining. Refused to move our room. We barely slept! There is horrible food for non meat eaters. Our options were limited to margarita and a very bland fish.

Le cadre très agréable, une belle structure avec la piscine et sa vue magnifique. Un joli restaurant, une très belle chambre et un accueil sympathique Des jardins très bien entretenus avec beaucoup de végétation variée

La chambre avec vue sur le lac n'est pas au rendez-vous car la végétation a trop poussé. Le restaurant avec surtout une formule buffet mis en avant et du coup, une carte un peu limitée.

Views are absolutely beautiful of the dam. Meals and the staff were amazing as well. Rooms nice and spacious with balconies to sit outside and enjoy the sunset/sunrise over the dam.

Only downfall I would say was the water activities, specifically the sunset cruise. The website should state that you would need to contact a third-party operator to arrange this ahead of your stay. At the water activities desk that is next to the reception desk, there was no one to help except for the day we were leaving (Wednesday, we arrived the Monday). There are phone numbers listed on the desk to try and organise the water activities, but not quite the same as speaking to someone at the desk.
