Amazing location, great service and exceptionally clean!

Everything the place was amazing, the staff must be commended on their kindness, efficiency and service. The facilities were great. The rooms were amazing and the beds were so comfortable. I most certainly will be going back to Jozini Tiger Lodge as its a home away from home for us...we thoroughly enjoyed it

For a long weekend I felt that more could have been done in terms of entertainment on the pool deck for the adults, like music, games etc. I also recommend changing the buffet menu, we didnt choose the buffet as I wasnt impressed by the food served. One incident that actually left me disappointed was the lady who booked the boat cruise, we paid when we booked and because we were going to leave early the next morning we went to reception to request that they get our bill ready for payment so that we can settle. The lady came to reception stating that we didnt pay and when my husband said that we did, she in Afrikaans mentioned to the gentleman that "hy lieg", to which my husband responded in Afrikaans that he's not lying and that he paid, and that she needs to check her records as we have receipts for all payments done and even for orders placed that were going to be charged to our room. She did confirm after checking that we did in actual fact pay on the day we booked to go. Besides that issue everything else was on par...

Everything... Great Family outing

Stairs, mess... families with small babies should get priority with rooms closest to reception pathway.. Also, pool water wasn't clean and clear - cloudy green entire time...

Property beautifully situated.

Property lacks maintenance in certain areas, rooms: air conditioning old and noisy, fridge leaked, shower rickety, also board walks lack overall upkeep. But all kept clean. Food delicious. Drinks expensive. Staff VERY friendly and accommodating.

I was not happy about the cleanliness your headboard was in a very very bad condition it’s turns us off even the plugs were not working

I didn’t like anything about the property because it was not clean what i enjoyed was the boat cruise only and even the pool was dirty

Service and help was poor, there was no electricity in my room for my stay, extension cords were used. Hairdryer was not working, had to sleep with wet hair. Called reception to assist no assistance was offered . Really disappointed with my overall stay at this resort. Will never recommend it to anyone

My sister & I had an amazing stay at Tiger Lodge! The lake view was absolutely stunning and the buffet was delicious - perfectly prepared and varied. The staff were warm and welcoming, showing a level of respect that made me feel almost unworthy 😊.

My only gripe was the spa experience - the treatment felt rushed (60 minutes felt like 45 😔) and wasn't quite up to par. That aside, I'd highly recommend Tiger Lodge for its beautiful setting and excellent service.
