Zugesagte Reparatur des Lüfters im fensterlosen Bad hat nicht stattgefunden. Beim Tausch der feuchten Handtücher wurden uns bereits benutzte ausgehändigt. Elektrische Verkabelung war abenteuerlich Spiegel wurde durch Fernseher verdeckt

DISGUSTING ROOM, RUDE MANAGEMENT - DO NOT STAY HERE I checked in and immediately checked out withing 10 minutes. The room was absolutely disgusting, roaches crawling around, the smell of mold, crumbs on the bed, visible blood stains on the mattress, dirty linens in the closet. Not to mention, this wasnt even the room I reserved. When I tried to address the situation, the girl Elena at the front desk, was of zero help. She didnt offer us a new room, or even offer to address the filth of the room she was late checking us in for. In fact she was pretty condescending in her responses. I spent 3 days trying to get the manager on the phone, when I finally did, Eva, didnt even apologize she just flat out rudely said no. She showed ZERO concern of how unsanitary and misleading the situation was. I reserved the room through booking.com, and they contacted the hotel on my behalf as well, 3 days later they still havent heard back from Eva. This place is a scam. Dirty rooms, terrible service, and no accountability. I would recommend sleeping in your car over this sh*thole.
