Its a budget Hotel that offers value for money. Don't expect much from the stay. Stay here if you are on business, wont recommend for leisure travel. It has close proximity to the Airport as well as the Metro station. The Hotel staff was helping and courteous too.

overall, left with good impression. There were problems with the initial room given, but they promptly changed the room. The A/C though did not work for one night, but the efforts they made to rectify it and also the cool weather did make the stay pleasant. Its rare to find such cleanliness of room in this standard of hotels. Its a bit away from city, but the approach road is wide and traffic - less, so I wouldn't mild spending 10 minutes of extra drive for this budget in South Delhi, where the hotel prices are almost double for similar facilities. Also, the linen was exceptionally clean. The neighbourhood was definitely noisy, but all the rooms are located on rear side so there was surprisingly no disturbance at all. However, there is no balcony and the view from windows is not pleasant. One good point is the privacy, even if the window screens are open, there is no view of surrounding buildings. The food menu is very small, but it was one of the best served in quality. The amount given was more than sufficient. Would definitely recommend for the comfort stay, if your idea is to just relax after sightseeing or business trip and hasn't got much to outside your room. All the staff were very polite and professional to core right down to clean uniforms.

Hotel is pretty basic, but staff are excellent. The outside is very basic looking, but once you go up the stairs, is all changes.

Would never again go for booking . Sorry for it. But I had a very bad experience.

Do not be fooled by the pictures of the hotel uploaded here , they do not depict the true layout & state of the rooms. Basically a budget hotel with low upkeep & indifferent staff who do not attend to problems .The AC was not working in a 45 degree scenerio & staff did not help by changing rooms even when it was available .... The walls are damp and rooms are small ....even when I had booked a Gold Class room I was accomodated in silver class ... Strict no no for families .....

I must clarify few things as I write with mixed emotions, The hotel's building is not nice! Reception is better but compared to others I have seen not very nice. On the other hand, The room was much better then other hotels I stayed in India and stuff is very nice and helpful, rooms are very clean and over stay in the hotel was very pleasant. Price is relatively low ($40) and compared to another hotel I stayed on this trip (cost $130), I did not have to wait half an hour to get a room, it was ready for me, as expected. Next time I will be in the area I would very likely come to this hotel again.

Noisy, filthy, unfriendly dirty staff. Picked nose in front of you while checking in. A less than one star hotel. Very surprised that it was rated as a 3 star hotel. Motel 6 or motel 8 in North America is 10 times better. Location is horrible. No sidewalk, just dirt and filthy dogs in front of staircase leading to lobby. By international standard, it can only be rated as a 1 star hotel at best. Don't stay here!

Approach to hotel is not the best, but they make it up by good room service and overall comfort. Hotel is situated on first floor and there is no provision of lift.
