Nice and clean but not a 31/2 star,probably only 1 star

Simply an outstanding place to stay. The staff were so welcoming, they helped with everything from picking us up at the airport and train station getting me an Indian SIM card and recommending excellent places to see around the city, they even had a spare charger for my computer.all the staff were very gracious, the accommodations were lovely. The day I checked out, the staff permitted me to stay in the room until 6 pm without charging me for another day.

The hotel was clean enough, very satisfactory. The staff was extremely helpful, although extremely serious and bored. Combined with the dry decor, one has to say that charm is entirely lacking in this hotel. The surrounding area is slums. Still, it is close to the airport, so that's good for late night arrivals.

New Delhi is...well...I am not going back! forget the hotel, I would not recommend the country! the hotel had air con, that is what matters the most. but staff were ..like you would expect in India. I am so disappointed. I've heard Goa is nice, but New Delhi was not my cup of tea!

used this hotel after flying in late and departing the following morning. Would definitely do so again. clean, great service and overall great value with not bad food as well.

Hii i have booked this hotel reading reviews but as mixed reviews i was bit confused but as rates are low n suited my budget i have booked this hotel and now i understand i have made the right decision. Its a nice budget hotel i got what i expected i dint expect a big golfcourse or a big swimming pool from such a peanuts rates i wanted neat & clean room & bathroom with sufficient service that i got it. there is everything in the room even the wi-fii is complimentry! Anyhow my experience was great! Malik continental is my hotel the next time i m going to delhi...

Place was very nice and calm. Food was amazing and great. Rooms were cleaned and hotel staff was very helpful and was well-manerred. All facilities like A.C., T.V., cable were there. It was really pleasant staying there. However, my stay was quite small, just for 2 days but i liked staying there. Will definitely like to visit again.

The neighborhood was bad. The inside was even more haphazard. Room had a desk but no chair. My window sill level was at 5 feet 6 inches! I haven't seen any window at that level. The bed level was also higher than normal. One of the orders placed to the Room Service was simply forgotten by the front desk. Checking-out experience was also not so good.

The service is exceptional. I have never experienced this type of service anywhere else. We stayed during the "volcano situation" and had to make numerous trips to the airport to get our tickets changed. Hotel arranged a car and driver on a moment's notice and made calls to the airline. After a long, tiring, edgy day going to Agra and back we were met at 11:30pm by a waiter asking if he could get us anything to eat or drink. The rooms are very clean with a/c. I would stay at this hotel in a heart beat even though Delhi in 44 degree C. As heat is not my favourite destination.

Excellent management & staff:- This place has an unassuming front and is fairly new but excellently managed. Well staffed and no pressure to tip whatsoever. Your every wish is their command and they make you feel special. Asked for hair dryer, iron, extra towels etc. and all supplied within minutes. Forgot to switch off the "do not disturb sign" outside the door on one occasion. Hence found rooms not made on return in evening. Called reception. No problem. Room made up in 10 minutes. Seldom does one see such service. 24 hour room service @ no extra charge. Safe deposit & Minibar Good air con / heating . Thick fabric window blinds keep the blazing sunlight out and let you have a late morning sleep. Plasma TV on wall Comfortable super king size bed with nice pillows Large interior illuminated wardrobe with plenty of space. 2 full length dressing mirrors on wall . Complimentary breakfast try the masala omlette which is like a spanish omlette & is lovely. Coffee expresso, cappucino or simply black. Free newspaper and a call for breakfast Toilet: Extremely clean & shiny toilet with a brilliant shower. Plenty of hot water. Shampoo, body lotion and soaps all provided. This the only hotel toilet I have ever seen where the mirrors do not get misted after a shower, thanks to the excellent ventilator fan, which also removes any odours instantly. Plenty of thick clean towels. Airport pick up by hotel worked well. On the other hand if you want window views and gardens, look elsewhere, but for the price, this place cant be beaten. Certainly recommended and will stay here again. Good management always counts!
