"Low Budget, Falsely Advertised and Poor Service s Hotel"

Price and location were okay

Was definitely not as pictured on this site. No breakfast was provided, no phone in the room, only 1 lightbulb out of 4 in light fixture above the sink, freezer in the mini fridge was solid ice, fridge barely got things cold, shower faucet barely useable, we were there 2 nights and the only housekeeping service we had was a roll of toilet paper and the trash emptied, beds were not made and floors were not swept, outside of the room, there was a strong smell of human urine, so we couldn't have the door or window open, hard to watch the TV when it was programmed in Spanish and most of the apps were not useable. I would not recommend staying here.

Worst place my company has ever stayed at. Never again,,,! Terrible customer service.refused to help me or answer my questions, but would help others! Booking.com should remove this property from their reservation system!

"I did not stay!!!!"

The place was horrid and I did not stay!!!! Part of the chain lock on the door was missing, the important part and the area was unsafe!!! The floors mismatched and dirty!! The bed looked dirty and uncomfortable, I di d not even sit!!! I left the room immediately and went to the desk and told them I was not staying!! I went down the street and got a room at a better motel!!! I would like a refund if possible!!! As a single woman traveling alone my main concern is safety, then cleanliness and comfort! I felt none of these!!!!
