Room was very clean and professional staffs. Food was good. Try to book hotel in advance as the rooms get booked out. I could not extend my stay because of that.

Mr Jitendra in the breakfast session and also during the lunch served with at most honesty, passion kind and very very good customer service Having him in this premises is a big Asset Subh Galaxy should not loose him .. you should take care him and ensure he is happy working here He is absolutely brilliant he is a nice human being and we need such people in this business

Excellent hotel in Mumbai. My experience is beyond words. I came Mumbai for training for promotional exam. Being a parent less and single mother, I was afraid to stay outside. Came here with worries in mind in staying alone. But the moment I entered the hotel, the services of the staffs amazed me. Felt like I came my mother home. Amazing service and caring I experienced from day 1. Mr Nikhil, Mr Ozama, Mr Umesh...I can't forget u. Valuable guidance n support u extended are beyond words. In Restaurant, Mr Satheesh,supplied food to me and served as my brother. Remembering ur caring even I delayed in having my breakfast . I can not forget dear. All provided me the atmosphere to study with peaceful mind. Names only I mentioned that I interacted them too much. Thanks to the entire staffs n management of Subha Galaxy and all the very best . Feelings of leaving home when I m leaving Subha Galaxy. I m recommending Subha Galaxy to all. U r safe n secure here. With wholehearted wishes and prayers Shiny S

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! Booked a single room for 4 nights, 3300rs a night. Checked in, only to notice that a deafening noise came through the walls. Impossible to sleep in. Asked reception, they gave me another single room. Same, impossible to sleep in. So I asked them to solve it. Reaction: It's not our fault, so pick a single room or check out and find another hotel. At 830PM. This is not customer service, this is downright rude. Asked for the manager, and out of nowhere another room was found, while first they said the hotel was fully booked. Could stay there for 2 nights, after that I had to go back to the (noisy) single. On the day of moving (for the 4th time) they said that the problem was fixed, but ofcourse it wasn't. Still extremely noisy. All confirmed by staff and management. Same reaction: take the room or leave. No wifi, lock on the door was not working properly, old airconditioning that made a lot of noise (to top the noise that came from outside). NEVER STAY HERE, I had 10 times better hotels for a third the cost. It's a disgrace.

Really pleasant lobby/breakfast area. The staff are really welcoming and accommodating to us. The room its was okay, the bathrooms are a bit run down but the main room are nicer. AC was very good and worked well! Breakfast was tasty!

The staff was very helpful the were extremely kind the room service was also excellent in total this was a very good stay!

Accessible, nice, calm place for a business stay. Coordial staff, tidy and specious rooms- all worth the choice. Responds well to requests.
