No proper restaurant and no bar

From arrival to departure, the staff were amazingly kind and helpful. We received a welcome drink (juice) on arrival and were allowed to check in to the room early, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable with all amenities as described. The beds were very comfortable and we slept soundly. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a large variety of foods and dishes including many of local flavor. At every step we were treated with the utmost in kindness and courtesy, and highly recommend the property as an outstanding value and with warm, genuine welcome.

A very friendly and welcoming hotel. Perfect for the business traveller as a base. Room was good, clean, nicely done bathrooms. I was upgraded to a large room and it was so spacious. I would give it a 5 but for a couple of minor things. Thanks Suba

Pleasant property and the staff was outstanding in providing the best service.A very well maintained property.Very convenient for travel as the hotel is located on the highways. Also the railway station is 5-10 mins by auto rickshaw.

The hotel forgot that I had paid for the airport pick up. The did not ask me for my flight details until I called them at the last minute. The driver kept me waiting 45 minutes outside the airport. Housekeeping service was poor. No towels in the bathroom. Most of the TV channels were not working. Poor location - cannot step out of the hotel without a car. Avoid.

Hotel ambience was good, clean and maintained. Staff wotking there are also very co-operative in nature and passing smiles to guests. Specially uncle who was standing near gate was with full of smile.

It was pleasure to stay at suba galaxy in mumbai. Excellent staff very helpful and polite. excellent food I would give 5 star.good location.rooms are fairly large and very clean. I would definitely visit again.

Already gave my suggestions to the Manager, Reception incharge and catering incharge; which they have promised to implement.

A very good hotel Lacked a on site bar and rooms did not have a fridge or minibar. Otherwise a very western hotel. Staff are helpful and accommodating.
