We were welcomed in a great way

The fact that i was said we got room service and when you called them and asked to bring it up to the room it is non existent i am still waiting for my order. Air vons not working and shower door leaking Its a slip trip hazard. I really was disappointed to have this service for a 5 star hotel .

When we arrived there was a broken glass bottle in the fridge as well as half eaten cheese and bitten crackers these were under the bed as well?? The basin was so dirty it had a ring around it and all the shampoo little bottles were open and spilled out. There were no glasses in the room there were dirty used lipstick ones but no clean ones! The staff arrived to assist but were so unfriendly like we made the mess and how dare we ask for assistance! Would zi recommend yr hotel, perhaps but it was very gross to enter a dirty room!

Clean the room properly before the guests arrive!!
