The fact that there is NO NUMBER in the room for a concierge, for Front Desk, etc. There is a 1010 number. I phoned, someone answered 'hâllou' and when I enquired whether this was housekeeping I had this astonishing answer 'which hotel sir'? Useless to say I now know you are covering 18 hotels and the request I made for extra milk, which was promised to be sent up, is still on its way to my room. Maybe the new occupants will receive it. The directory in the room had pages of explanations of the breakfast from every possible angle. Nothing else. So maybe that is your focus, breakfast. At the end, I found the stay exceptionally transactional. We just arrived back from The Palace at Sun City and the cultural difference was immense. Anyhow, we paid, we slept, we ate and we left. Meaningful regards
