Todo fue perfecto. La comida del beach club y room service muuu buena. Playa es una tina, todo muy bien. Regresaria feliz!

Loreto Bay L’hôtel n’est pas trop cher pour le Mexique mais on comprend aussi pourquoi… Manque évident d’entretien de l établissement , des parties communes Hôtel et infrastructures très bien situés dans une belle baie à 15 mn du centre de Loreto

Hôtel et infrastructures très Personnel en sous effectif évident à la réception et au petit déjeuner : temps attente de plus de 20 minutes au check in ,1 seul employé. Au petit déjeuner temps d’attente de service long pour des toasts et des plats de qualité et présentation basique , pas très goûteux Propreté limite des tables et chaises et des sets de table ! Propreté des chambres approximative . Poussière .. Lit mal fait État des porte fenêtres à revoir !! Sol en pierre de la chambre qui se désagrège , Douche qui s’évacue mal Et l’eau est à peine chaude au 2 ème étage ! Petit Savon et petit shampoing pas remplacés en 4 nuits. Tapis de bain propre avec tâches Serviettes de piscine / plage effilochées,en fin de vie Plage : Transats et tables sales … jamais remis en ordre ni nettoyés sable sale avec mégots, crottes de cheval et capsules de bouteilles de bière , couverts en plastique … Problème de coffre qui ne fonctionnait plus. L’équipe de maintenance ne trouvait plus la clé de secours pour ouvrir. Dommage car la destination Loreto vaut le coup et l’hôtel par son emplacement avait de beaux atouts Jamais vu de représentant du management ni de la direction de cet hôtel pour en parler …

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Hotel Indigo La Paz, and the entire experience was truly amazing! From the start, the service was top-notch — with smooth transportation, friendly beachfront support, and so many thoughtful details that made our stay special. A huge thank you to Marel Martinez and the entire team for going above and beyond, and to Francisco and Victoria, for arranging a late check-out so we could enjoy every last moment of this beautiful property. From chocolate-dipped strawberries to beachfront relaxation, we felt celebrated the whole way through. Hotel Indigo La Paz made our milestone anniversary unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨🥂

We were very happy with our vacation at Hotel Indigo, it was a great experience for our family of four. It was safe for families with children, amenities were great, there was the hotel pool and the beach club pool that was very convenient for being at the beach club all day. The beach is in a bay so there are no waves and you can walk out pretty far into the ocean. There are inflatables in the middle of the bay you can swim out to, for lounging and one with a slide. We rented paddle boards and went to a secluded beach area near by that was nice. The food and restaurants were

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel offers internal transportation between its restaurants, which is very convenient, though parking is valet-only. There are two pools (one with a bar) — nice but nothing out of the ordinary. I appreciated the daily housekeeping and that they’re generous with water bottles. The gym is small with limited equipment, but the AC kept the room comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff helped me arrange a car rental. They offer many services, but you usually have to ask to find out (like transportation to nearby restaurants). It’s family-friendly, a bit farther from the Malecón, but taxis are easily arranged. Would stay again.

This hotel was good never any issues check in was a breeze but the highlight of this hotel are the pool bartenders they were great ! Rooms are standard nothing spectacular but it was always kept clean.
