It was convent to the bus depot so that was good. The windows in our room on the first floor were street level so we got a lot of street noise.

The beds and pillows were very hard. The desk clerk tried to charge us again for the room. Fortunately I had my paid email so once I showed it, it was corrected.

Staff was nice, helpful. Location was safe and easy to find

Room was TINY! I literally could have taken a shower while sitting on the toilet. No shower curtain so the whole bathroom got soaked. No ice downstairs or anywhere.
