La Habitación no tenía agua, me cambiaron y no había aire acondicionado y me volvieron a cambiar y la otra habitación me la dieron con cama individual cuando la pedí doble

I always appreciate that there is never a fee for pets at a motel 6.

I’ve been impressed with the upgrades at recent stays at this iconic chain. Not at the one in Nogales, however..the room was not as clean as it could have been, knobs were broken off the microwave, ac unit and a towel rack was torn off the wall. Most upsetting is that I was placed in a room in the back of the motel where big rigs were parked and residents were hanging out. As a single female traveler, this is NOT okay! I do a lot of road trips and my safety and peace of mind are important to me. Apparently the desk clerk was of a different opinion.

Clean, accepts dogs, is convenient to the highway, and the parking felt reasonably secure because of a guard nearby and our parking spot near the entrance.

Very basic room, not near any restaurants except a spartan cafe attached to an Oxxo store, breakfast wasn't included in our room price but didn't look interesting, coffee was not very good and had no milk or cream except for powder, only one towel per person (no hand towels or washcloths), window coverings wouldn't close, only one staff member spoke any (and very little) English (Google Translate was a must) and all could have been friendlier, shower was lukewarm only, no cups or facial tissue in room, no explanation that a key card had to stay inserted into a holder inside the door or ALL power would shut off, and we couldn't find the remote to control the room temperature, which was too cold. It's at a truck stop, with lots of big rigs but fortunately wasn't noisy.
