"Zar hotel"

Security guard at night, which was a friendly older man

The chain lock on the door is broken. They did fix right away. No hand towels nor face clothes. Beds are not comfy at all. Very hard! No ice machine, but there is an OXXO next door and a restaurant.

"ZAR review- Los Mochis"

Requested ground floor as we had our vehicle full for travel. There is no trolly for all the luggage, no elevator, so up to the 2nd floor. Room fairly clean, I must say. Not sure why when using a 3rd party for booking why you cannot get a main floor room. It would have been so much easier than lugging everything up the stairs. Just saying Hotel is almost empty

"The Best"

It was SO nice, I was driving from San Carlos Sonora to Chapala Jalisco with my dog. Everyone was SO helpful and friendly. Very clean and meal was good. Even the guards said hi to us on our walk, with poop bags, we like to be good guest also. But I really like your hotel.

"Poor"

They charged me a different sum than in booking it was higher and it is not really pet friendly it has a pet fee. No other place that I’ve stayed pet friendly had that.
