Bottle of water upon arrival. Pleasant & helpful desk clerk. Comfortable bed.

Two small roaches in bath & sink areas. Loud exhaust on design truck in parking area. Numerous times during the evening.

Great friendly customer service, free upgraded my room from a top floor to bottom floor king. Showed me to my room and gave me dinning tips.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The building is older and shows some wear. The staff was very nice and friendly. We will stay here again.

Was easy, convenient, close to restaurants and the fair grounds and just what we needed for the price.

The room was immaculate! The beds were so comfortable and I appreciated the fact that the owners went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable! The location is ideal also. Sonic is right across the street, and Family Dollar is literally minutes away. Great place to stay in a great town

The location was great, close to everything.

Was placed in a room with two beds when i originally booked a king. At first, i was told on the first floor, and then I was placed on the second floor. The room had a weird smell as of a chemical, and then I thought Maybe they remodeled it, maybe a paint smell, i checked the beds for any bugs due to the chemical smell reminding me of Raid luckily no bugs on the beds, the bathroom door had no knob over all first night sketchy but it was okay, second night the chemical smell was still strong then I started seeing cockroaches coming out of the dresser and found some in the bathroom. It made sense the smell as if they bombed the room with raid spray. The parking lot is dark if you are leaving early in the morning.

The room was filthy, the air conditioner had tape over the intake, the smoke detector was taken off, some kind of substance on the floor

Everything was great 👍🏼

We were disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't available as advertised
