Not within their control, there was a terrible storm that came through. No electricity or ac and no backup generator. The hot tub water was literally yellow as if it had been urinated in. The wrong hours were posted on the pool. The reason I chose that location was for my grandson to have an indoor swimming pool. It says open 24 hrs. So we're up at 6 as usual, no electricity, pool wouldn't be open until 9 am. Try telling that to a 4 year old standing at the desk with his floating on. Wait over 2 hrs. I definitely will never be going back. Staci Romine
