Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Worth - Fossil Creek

No electricity for 5 hours !!!!! Room was hot and had to take my luggage downstairs one by one . I’m a disabled veteran and the staffed could have done a better job to help me.

Good location

Electricity went out while I was there about 1:30 in the morning and was still out when I left the following morning.

The breakfast was ok biscuits were hard it went good the first night and everything was work as should

The second night sucked because power went out and we did not have a/c from like 11 pm till the time we left and 10:30 or so am Sunday and still no power to a/c the a/c should have been on back up power aka generator and I seen the electric company came out to restore power to hotel and this was at 430 am Sunday and then they left and still no power to ac or in kitchen area and no power to hallways the elevator did not work we were on the forth floor 417 room and I had small kids and carry all there stuff and out still pillows blanket and our clothes and all down 4 floors sucked elevators need to be put on back up power too to keep operation during the event of a storm and it seems like this area has storms on regular from what I was seeing on news you figure the money this hotel bring in per night per person the would invest in a bigger generator seems to me like greed from owner obfuscation this hotel to not invest in a back up generator to keep comfort to people and there family even during the event of a storm just was a bad experience second night

The locations around it were convenient

It smelled pretty bad from the wet carpet and our room was dirty and had left over food from previous people staying there

It was really clean and nice.

I didn’t like that I requested a crib ahead of time and I never got an answer back, and of course we didn’t appreciate the noise, it was really loud outside from other people and since we stayed in the 3rd floor the people who stayed in the 4th floor right up on our room was making extremely loud noise, there was sooo many teenagers running around and being disrespectful.
