Grand Hotel Il Moresco

It was very comfortable with good facilities abd excellent staff

We had thought the hotel had a private beach but it was only decking .

Staff very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was excellent Pool area was nice

Room didn't match photos and description on booking.com app (bed was situated on a mezzanine floor and no hot tub). Room had access to private roof terrace but this was made unusable due to adjacent construction site (photos attached) Unable to use hotel restaurant for Dinner as hotel policy was mandatory trousers for men which was not communicated on booking.com app or hotel website Room service was only available during set Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal times which proved inconvenient Although hotel does offer shuttle service to / from the port, this was not communicated on hotel website, so we needlessly arranged for a private transfer from the port

Un'ottima struttura con servizi eccellenti e un personale attentissimo al servizio dei clienti. 3 piscine termali, una palestra, un piano bar, sauna, cùre per il corpo...insomma...un paradiso!!!

The hotel was amazing! It was so clean and they were full of nice touchs towards the guest. We have nothing to say everything was perfect. Would come again and recommend

Everything was amazing! Simple as that. Pietro and team were phenomenal.

No iron or steamer. Can’t because of wattage issue?
