Emplacement de l’hôtel en ville .

Tout le reste Le bruit beaucoup de bruit , pas moyen de dormir , nous souhaitons être remboursé tant l’expérience a été affreuse . Nous avons envoyé un mail en ce sens

There were several schools staying at the hotel. Around a hundred teenagers running around the corridors knocking on the door until 4am. No staff or hotel security to control them. We were on the 5th floor, and struggled to get near the lift to get to reception due to the amount of kids going up and down the lifts throughout the day and evening. Check in took around 40 minutes with staff constantly making calls and discussing room plans. The suite I booked had two toilets. One of them with no door on it and open to the room. It seems like we were put into a room which was in the process of being refurbished and was not finished.

Le personnel est très agréable et nous as beaucoup aidé à régler le problème de réservation. La chambre était très spacieuse, nous étions 4 adultes et nous avions une chambres pour 6. Le parking est très appréciable, et le prix tout à fait correct.

La porte de la douche qui n’est pas opaque et vu qu’il n’y a pas de porte pour la partie salle de bain. Côté intimité pas top.

La habitación. Me sorprendió en cuanto a la relación con el resto del hotel

El desayuno. Poca variedad, mucha gente y muy poco tiempo abierto.

Todo perfecto.

El trato de una de las trabajadoras. Se comporto mal educada, altiva, prepotente
