Las vistas, lo limpio que estaba todo y la ubicación

El bufet para toda la gente que hay es repetitivo y escaso. Hay dos tostadores nada más y la gente se pega, muchas colas para las dos máquinas de café que hay.

La habitación no estaba mal, excepto las vistas que no eran las que esperaba, las camas muy cómodas y tener dos TV también es un punto positivo.

Ubicación , te hace falta el coche para desplazarte ya que queda bastante lejos del castillo por ejemplo que es lo que hay para ver, mucha gente "adulta" impertinente y maleducada, comedor muy lleno, colas excesivas y comida pésima, poca variedad y a veces no llenaban cuando se iba terminando, parecía que por tener mucha gente del IMSERSO, nosotros molestabamos en el comedor si íbamos a primera hora, como si ellos tuvieran más preferencia que nosotros, la cara del "metre" era un poema cada vez que entrabas al comedor a primera hora y parecía que no sabía ni dónde colocarte con tanta gente, en la vida me he sentido tan incómoda en un hotel con ese trato en el comedor, no repetiré ni de coña, no lo aconsejo para nada, al menos por mi experiencia

Les habitacions són àmplies, tot i que no estava molt net. Dins la pensió completa, el dinar i el sopar estaven bé i era tot bo.

L’hotel era ple de viatgers de l’imserso, i als àpats es feien grans cues al menjador per poder servir-te el menjar. L’esmorzar, tipus buffet, molt fluix: només hi havia embotit greixós i cafè dolent. Els cambrers deien que no podien servir ous perquè l’empresa estava retallant despeses. És urgent que posin personal sanitari o preparat en primers auxilis: qüasi s’ofega un avi al restaurant i ningú sabia fer res. No crec que hi tornem a aquest hotel.

La animación es estupenda, ya es el 3er año que vamos. La comida este año me gusto mas que el año anterior. Las camareras, recepción, limpieza todos super amables, me siento como en casa.
