Cool Sevilla Hotel

We loved the location of our apartment, and Alma, who covered the hotel for most of our stay was an amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She gave us great tips on exploring the city and restaurants. Location could not have been better.

We recommend this hotel but….We were a little disappointed in our room. It was spacious but the floor and baseboards were dusty and the room (room 4 on the street level) was a bit dank. The washroom was clean, but there was mold in the shower along the tiles and the ceiling - and also along the tiles by the floor outside of the shower. (See pictures.) And there was only one small very small towel rack for our towels and so we had to ask for fresh towels each day (even a hook or two in the washroom would have helped).

Günümüzde Akdeniz ikliminin yaşandığı her bölgede mutlaka odalarda buzdolabı bulunmalı. Buzdolabı yok. Bulunduğumuz oda diğer odalardan çok ses alıyor. Duşlar kullanıldığında su sesi çok geliyor.

Da localização. Perto de um espaço moderno ( lãs setas) onde se passa um pós jantar delicioso. Não muito longe da catedral e da zona antiga de Sevilha. Chegasse facilmente a pé

Não se pode exigir muito. É aceitável. Temos que ver pelo lado positivo. Não se pode ter tudo

Excelente ubicación, limpio y la chica de recepción muy agradable. Repetiríamos!

A localização do alojamento e funcionários super simpáticos! Fica a 4 minutos a pé das setas de sevilha.

Quarto um bocadinho pequeno e divisões com marcas de desgaste.

Todo bien, ubicación inmejorable, personal muy amable, diría que para ser perfecto debiera tener una heladerita

Me hubiera gustado que tuviera una heladerita, con el calor extremo de Sevilla era muy necesaria

Me demoro un poco d las 11 y ya la llave bloqueada d as eso, llegamos a horas tarde d la noche y no había atención, el número d emergencia apagado y el principal nadie contestó. La llave dejada en un casillero

Abbiamo passato una sola notte al Cool Sevilla ma consigliatissimo! Posizione super centrale, a 10 min dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni. Parcheggio convenzionato vicino alla struttura e comodo, calcolando la posizione centrale dell'alloggio. Personale molto cortese ed estremamente disponibile. L'ultimo giorno dopo il check-out ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino alle 20.00 del giorno stesso. Per noi è stata un'ottima esperienza!
