The staff was great and the location is perfect . Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast was really delicious and the view from the room and rooftop bar is awesome.

"Nice stay "

Hotel was good, hotel personnel were great, room clean, mattresses could’ve been a little more comfortable and the property across had some junk that tampered with the view but all in all it was a very nice stay.

Princessa was a beautiful hotel in Jounieh. Close to the beach, nice restaurants and some of the main attractions. The hotel breakfast was really good and the overall service was quite pleasant with great amenities provided throughout the hotel. The wifi probably was the only thing that was the most frustrating as it kept coming in and out of reception. I think this maybe a problem throughout the whole country. Other than that we were quite pleased and would stay again!

"Ok, has good view, and very nice pool , "

it was for me not good, some one open my room when i am sleeping... by wrong the hotel said many time sorry , also I choose this hotel because has a Spa and massage in Room but it hasn't... it must delete it from the hotel detials... this is my second time in this hotel ... I will not turn back here

"Treated like a "Princessa""

Unable to fault this hotel Ideally located in Jounieh, about 30 minutes by car from Central Beirut. Outstanding staff; nothing was too much trouble. Nice Bar and Restaurant; good breakfast with good choices of Arabic or European food. Very close to the sea; good views from the rooms at the front of the hotel. Would certainly stay again.

Nice quite causy hotel Good sea view. Bit far from attractions, still manageable though. Room clean and very comfortable and convenient Breakfast is nice, and healthy Would make another stay and recommend to friends
