El personal es super amable. Todos, sin excepción. La comodidad de estar a 2 pasos de la playa es espectacular. Fuimos con 2 adolescentes de 13 años y siempre encontraban algo que hacer

La poca variedad de comidas. Soy alérgica al pescado y había muy poco sin eso. Igual no es exclusivo del hotel, tampoco en los restaurantes hay mucho para elegir que no sea pescado, pollo y frito

Funcionários super solícitos e educados.

Ao chegarmos o vaso sanitário estava com urina e o ar-condicionado não funcionava. Nos trocaram de quarto e foi tudo resolvido. Mesmo sendo um hotel familiar e com muitas crianças pequenas, todo dia havia banda tocando até 22h. Durante todo a estadia nosso filho teve dificuldades em dormir pois é muito alto e tarde.

Estrutura do hotel, recreação para as crianças, quartos espaçosos, comida maravilhosa, atendimento do restaurante impecável e deixo nosso reconhecimento ao Márcio gerente do restaurante, sempre nos surpreendendo com seu cuidado para Adriana ( Tapioqueira) , nunca conheci alguém mais doce e educada, além de fazer aquela tapioca maravilhosa e o coordenador Genildo do restaurante sempre muito educado. Esse lugar deixou saudades! Voltarei sempre!
