Location 10/10. don’t book a room without aircon, found out the hard way. The room without air con didn’t have a window either and it was unbearable trying to fall asleep. However the room with aircon was perfect. (Double the price)

La ubicación del hotel. En frente de la bahía de Santa Marta, cerca de los puntos de interés turístico más importantes de la ciudad: el paseo marítimo de la bahía de Santa Marta, la plaza Simón Bolívar, el parque de los novios, entre otros. Además, la atención por parte del personal de recepción fue excelente.

Me hospedé en una habitación con ventilador; solo movía el aire caliente que había en la misma. En la habitación hacía más calor que en las calles de Santa Marta. Elijan una con aire acondicionado, merece la pena.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, muy barato. Hace un siglo cuando se contruyó seguramente fue un hotel hermoso, hoy necesita mucho mantenimiento. La atención es amable en recepción.

En la descripción dice que tiene estacionamiento (parking), pero no debería decirlo porque no tienen! Te mandan a un estacionamiento a una cuadra que está junto a un montón más, y que es bastante caro (costaba más de un tercio del valor de la habitación). Tiene pileta muy pequeña y con agua a la mitad. El desyuno lo sirve una señora muy malhumorada que te da (sin mentir) una feta de anana una de melon, una de queso, dos cucharadas de huevo revuelto, un pan. Corrimos las camas y la tierra estaba ya pegada al suelo, deberían mejorar la limpieza.
