"Dit hotel had wat tegenvallers."

Prima kamer

Het INCHECKEN duurde meer dan een halfuur. Online lukte al niet. Zelf inchecken ter plaatse werkte ook niet. En de dames die aanwezig waren hadden veel moeite met inchecken, weinig kennis van zaken. Er moest zelfs een derde persoon gecontacteerd worden. Helaas verloren we daardoor veel tijd De AIRCO WERKTE NIET op 1 van onze kamers. Dit werd niet opgelost, en de eerste opmerking " ja, maar u moet ook niet het raam openzetten" is m.i. geen vriendelijke maar vooringenomen opmerking. We hadden dat ook niet gedaan, maar dat werd niet gevraagd. Het ONTBIJT IS KARIG t.o.v. de prijs die je er voor betaald. Sinaasappelsap zonder smaak, en uit pak!

"De prijs is te hoog!"

Bedden waren goed Receptie en personeel bij het ontbijt ook Ontbijt werd goed aangevuld

Kamer en badkamer vrij klein, hygiëne bij het raam lagen veel dode vliegen! De prijs vonden wij zowel voor de kamer áls ontbijt té hoog! Bij het buffet verse fruitsalade en een verse sinaasappel pers en wat krentenbrood zou een suggestie kunnen zijn. Paar weken geleden bij een Fletcher hotel via Social Deal voor €40,00 geweest, was prima! Vandaar dat onze verwachtingen nú hoger lagen!

Замовив кімнату з двома ложками, по приїзду з'ясувалося одне...,Персонал повидомив що в них вже немає такої послуги, на усі мої переконання тільки повидомили що треба доплатити ще 70€ за дві доби , в вони тоді поставлять ще одно ліжко.....,друге: кондиціонер не працював, постійно видавав помилку, благо що тільки спати приходили....

"Top verblijf, in een mooi hotel op een prima gelegen locatie."

De locatie was prima aan te rijden. En vanuit het hotel was het ook goed te doen om naar het centrum te lopen. We hadden een comfort kamer. Deze was zeer ruim en leuk ingericht toen we terugkwamen in het hotel was de bar al gesloten. Maar we konden toch nog een drankje krijgen, dus al met al een top service.

Het enige wat ons opviel was dat we bij de receptie in het Engels woord werden gestaan. Nu spreken wij wel Engels, maar dat kunnen vast niet alle gasten.

Locatie

De kamer was gehorig, slecht geventileerd, erg luide ventilatie badkamer, douche wisselt van temperatuur, gelegen naast bevoorrading (gewekt door) kreuken. Gedateerd.
