La ubicación, es lo mejor

El baño la ducha se sale toda el agua es muy peligroso !! ...estába sucia la mampara no estába muy limpio en general..no había buen olor y el buffet del desayuno todo muy disperso. Café malísimo y..muchas vueltas para comer los alimentos

"Tiny rooms"

Hotel food was good with loads of choice & only 10min walk to beach front

We were part of a group attending football cup Barclona & i had to book an extra room for 2 nights because our main booking with the group was not acceptable. Rooms are really small we had booked a room with 2x double beds. 4 people 2 x adults 2x children 9&12 yrs when arrived its was standard double bed & small 2 seater sofa bed which wasn't big enough or comfortable for two boys. I did ask reception for an upgrade & was told I would have to pay more for room with double beds. We gave it a try & after 2 sleepless i rebooked this room to get a night's sleep. Hotel has alot of potential unfortunately some of the staff seemed tired & irritable like it was the end of the busy season not the beginning. Also please be aware on cold days if you want to use indoor swimming pool its €6 per head plus €3 for swim cap & according to the reception staff no splashing is allowed its only for relaxation.

Die Lage in det nähe von port aventura und Strand war gut.

Voller Kinder die es sich zum spass machten, an Türen zu klopfen und wegzurennen.
