Absolutely shocking experience. Two luxury watches and cash were stolen directly from my locked suitcase, inside a locked room with the Do Not Disturb sign on. The thief? A hotel employee, confirmed by key card logs and later arrested inside the property. Even worse: the hotel's cameras were “miraculously disabled” for the exact 10-minute window when the theft occurred. No explanation. No backup. Just silence. Management admitted this staff member wasn’t authorized to enter rooms and had also stolen from another family the day before — yet they allowed him to keep working with master key access. So far, no apology. No compensation. No ownership. Just delays while they “wait for insurance.” If you value your safety and privacy, avoid this hotel at all costs. What happened to me could happen to anyone.

Best concierge I have ever experienced I would highly recommend this hotel. The shuttle service was effortless to use. Has the best position for an amazing costal walk into town or around the headland.

Extremely accommodating staff, everyone was lovely. Room was amazing, clean and tidy. The food and drinks were fabulous, the pool and the location couldn’t have been better, it made our stay that much better. Lastly the recommendations from the concierge were amazing. They planned the whole trip and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Couldn’t recommend a better place!

The people working at the property were amazing. I was so happy with the service and excellent treatment and the extra mile they took to make our requests possible. Thank you guys for the hospitality.
