Great property, great staff

I’ve been coming to St Tropez for over a decade, stayed at different hotels and villas , this time decided to try Sezz - absolutely amazing! Compare to other places it’s very modern, busy still kept its st Tropez charm . In a quiet part 5 min drive from the city centre, truly tranquil place . Wonderful service and very attentive stuff. I’m booking my next year stay at this hotel already. Thank you for making it so special

Its a mixed review for this boutique hotel. The service led by a truly excellent concierge team, Maxime and Yannick gave us a wonderful experience for our first trip in wonderful Saint Tropez. We also want to mention the great service from the front door, breakfast and swimming pool team. What lets this hotel down is the room design which is quite strange having toilet and bathroom separate from each other, and room furniture which is not of a quality that you would expect from the price of the hotel. Overall, the team saves the experience however the hotel does not live up from a value perspective.

Great outdoor facilities, modern and fresh.

We were visiting for my daughter's 18th birthday two friends and my two daughters, so we got both rooms next to each other, my daughter's with a plunge pool. In total I paid £3135 for 2 nights. On arrival bear in mind you can't access the room until 3pm, we had lunch by the pool which was basic at best, the cocktails are really bad, we found them undrinkable. My daughter's room was ready at 2pm, and mine at 3pm. Walking into the room was just disappointing, which I don't mind but the outside area was filthy the plunge pool was also dirty, we had to ask twice for someone to come clean the outside area. I have attached pictures. There was some serious issues with ants, not just one or two but so bad I had to ask people to come with spray. All over the corners in the bathroom and 3 times we found lizards in the bathroom. On our second day we had been out all day until 5pm, it was only then that cleaners decided it was the appropriate time to clean our room. So the toilet is in a separate room, no sink, you have to go to the main bathroom to wash your hands which I find bizarre, there is a big space for outside showers but with all the bugs and ants everywhere I wouldn't risk it, seems such a huge waste of space. There is also gravel everywhere which just gets in your shoes and then walked into the room seems like such a bad choice for flooring in this location. Breakfast was slim pickings, it has the potential to offer an amazing selection but we found it definitely lacking in choice. Saying this however, the staff were amazing, concierge was absolutely spot on with his recommendation. The spa was very cute and very clean. The drivers for shuttles to take you in and out of town were lovely and very helpful. The staff on reception were trying their best. I wouldn't go back to this hotel but I'd definitely stay again in Saint tropes it was an incredible destination.

Beautiful, quiet and convenient

It would be impossible to overstate the pleasurable time that was had during our stay at Hotel Sezz. I was there in May of 2023 with my wife and another couple. Sadly for us, the weather was not great but the team at Sezz made up for it by showing us an incredible time. Maxime and Yannick helped curate a list of things for us to do during the inclement weather that made it feel like we weren’t missing out on anything. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are spacious, there’s a wonderful spa and pool. And of course there is a Michelin starred restaurant whose staff could not have been more incredible during our time there. If I could call them all out by name I would. I plan on traveling back this summer.
