Alles war prima! Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, sauber, mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer und sehr niedlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war fantastisch , super freundlich und sehr sympathisch. Das Essen und die Cobcktails waren phänomenal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The location is beautiful. Nice ocean views from most apartments and from the restaurant. The garden is well maintained, and the swimming pools are clean. There are sufficient sunbeds near the pool and in the garden where you can relax. A 30 minutes beach walk brings to to the village of Mancora (only possible during low tide, or you can go by motor taxi for a few soles. A small supermarket is around the corner to buy some basic things.

We stayed in the “Deluxe Suite” and paid nearly $200 per night, but it didn’t feel deluxe at all. The fridge was broken, lights didn’t work, and the bathroom looked more like a hostel than a suite. The showerhead even fell off the wall while showering. The staff was quite distant and, at times, even rude. We were not welcomed upon arrival — after waiting a while, we had to approach someone ourselves. The restaurant staff didn’t greet us with even a simple "Buenos días" or "Buen provecho". Breakfast was basic: every day the same old white bread with a bit of jam, an egg, and some fruit — again, the kind of thing you might expect at a budget hotel, but for this price we had hoped for something a bit more luxurious. The restaurant meals were also disappointing: tough lomo saltado, overcooked pasta, and frozen pizza — all at some of the highest prices we encountered in five weeks in Peru. All in all, we did not find it worth the price, and above all we had the sense that there was very little attention or care for the guests. If guests truly mattered, at the very least things like the shower would be properly fixed to the wall. It could be that the cheaper apartments offer a better price-quality ratio, but the "Deluxe Suite" was absolutely not worth the money in our opinion. We shared our concerns about the apartment and the staff with the owner during our stay. She immediately had the shower fixed. Regarding the staff, she told us that it is very difficult to find friendly employees in northern Peru. We also received a small discount ($30) as compensation for an unpleasant incident with a cleaning lady.

The Hotel is great! I am simply thrilled, the beach and the location are sensational!

We loved the location, only about 15 minutes by mototaxi to central Mancora. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and the room we stayed in was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. The view from our room was spectacular, looking at the ocean and sunset through the coconut trees. Good quality Peruvian and Italian food in the outdoor restaurant, overlooking the ocean. I found the hotel to be good value for money and the service warm and welcoming.

While we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, my small criticisms are that the bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a wall mounted dispenser in the shower) were of really poor quality. I left mine at home as we were traveling with carry on luggage only, and assumed that being a boutique hotel, it would have at least half decent products. The body wash was bright pink, like the industrial type you get in service station bathrooms and the conditioner smelt like disinfectant. It would also have been really nice to have access to drinking water without having to buy it, like a water dispenser in the main area to fill up our bottles or a couple of complimentary bottles in the room each day, as the local tap water is not safe to drink.

Everything was amazing! The room, the view, the staff, and the food! No complaints here! I would definitely come back!

It’s a beautiful property. Well taken care of. Water pressure is amazing.
