Toorongo Valley Estate

Lovely bush setting. Very quiet. Warm, plenty of heating. Comfortable beds.Kitchen wise - plenty of utensils/plates/pots; but only tea/coffee/sugar (no pantry basics), so bring salt n pepper, oil etc.

The outside looks very rustic but adds to its quaintness the inside is quite modern by contrast. No owners were on site during our stay but its easy to follow email instructions. You can cook in the unit but we ate at the Noojee Hotel which supplied good meals. It is worth visiting the Noojee trestle bridge and take walks to the Toorongo falls. The views out of the big windows are very picturesque.

Beautiful scenery ,lovely accommodation my children didn't want to leave .Although it was so peaceful to my stressed out daughters their young children loved it too and wanted to bring the house home with us.Will call again for sure.

Very tranquil and close to spectacular Taroongo Falls.

Everything was fine. Room was very clean and comfortable. Gas log fire made it very cosy. The water obviously comes from the river and after it had been raining it was rather dirty. Made the spa not very inviting, that was disappointing.

Overlooking a picturesque valley, complete with babbling brook, the location is beautiful. A spa on the deck under the stars was a romantic highlight. This place is ideal for couples, with a few glitches that could be improved. Did not meet hotel staff, or anyone.

Enjoyed stay but improvements needed are - better quality toilet rolls plus more than 1/2 roll. Only 1 piece of soap supplied. Liquid soap container was empty. Range hood and saucepan shelf needed a good clean. An extra towel would have been good for spa. Otherwise very comfortable stay.
