"Dåligt första intryck."

Vid avkomsten stod receptionisten och samtalade med en annan i personalen, samtalet varade länge trots att jag som gäst stod och väntade. När det väl var min tur så fick jag veta att rummet troligtvis inte var klart, jag undrade varför, klockan var 14.30 och enligt bokningen skulle incheckningen börja 14.00. Detta stämde inte enligt receptionisten. Hon hade sedan svårt att hitta min bokning och jag fick själv vara drivande för att hon tillslut hittade den. Ingen servicekänsla alls. I övrigt ganska slitna rum. Övriga utrymmen som reception, bar och frukostmatsal var fräscha. Bra läge .

"Don't book a lake view room on the second floor"

Generally excellent, good and clean facilities convenient to most amenities in town. Lovely park at the rear where I had a wonderful morning walk. The upgrade to a lake view room was very disappointing as all I could see from my room was trees and parking charge was not what I expected, as on all my previous trips it was free but now they say the car park does not belong to the hotel which makes me feel uncomfortable thinking they lied to me!!!

"Super Hotel"

Ideaal gelegen hotel als tussenstop op weg naar Schotland of voor een bezoek aan de nabijgelegen Triumph motorfietsfabriek ( gratis te bezoeken). Zeer ruime en zeer comfortabele kamers met super goede bedden. De welness is ook van hoge kwaliteit en biedt de nodige rust en ontspanning.

Pænt hotel, som ligger centralt. Værelset vi boede på, var dog lidt beskidt; diverse affald på gulvet. Internet virkede fint. Morgenbuffet var god.Parkering mulig, men dyrt taget i betragtning af at man boede på hotellet i forvejen. Tjek regningen, vi blev faktureret for 2 gange morgenbuffet for meget.

"Hotel sans plus"

Sejour deux nuit periode chaude pas de climatisation 28°dans la chambre Si on ouvre la fenêtre attention moustique car nous sommes au bord du lac Le petit dejeuner est standard et trop cher.
