M Hotel - Different Hotels

Mooi hotel,perfect voorzien van alle comfort Vriendelijke bediening ondanks Corona maatregelen Goed restaurant Perfect als uitvalsbasis om te fietsen,shoppen,wandelen,etc

Wij vonden het verblijf in het hotel een beetje kil (denk oorzaak Corona) Personeel vriendelijk, kamer prima. Puntje van aandacht is de buiten unit van de airco maakt veel lawaai

Alueen paras hotelli, hyvä sijainti, pyydä järvinäköalaa varatessasi. Hyvä aamiainen ja hotellin ravintola on hyvää tasoa. Vahva suostius! Asun täällä joka kerta kun Genkissa.

On the whole a disappointing stay. I have used hotels.com for the last 3 years, staying on average 30 nights a year and never felt I needed to leave a review until now. M Hotel Review The pictures make the hotel look very modern, but the decor was very very dated and tired. TV in room had no remote so couldn't use it for the first 2 days. Was issued with replacement remotes but these didn't work either. Ended up finding the original remote as i was leaving for check out, stuffed down the side of the bed. Coffee machine was filthy, had old sachets stuffed in it. Parking at the hotel was expensive. £12 a day. Didn't get a single good night sleep in the bed and am now covered in bed bug bites all over arms and head. Service was basic and hotel understaffed. No barman in the bar for example. You have to ask reception for a drink. Although the pictures look good dont be fooled. Not worth the expense. Stay at the Carbon hotel down the road instead.

Fijn hotel, rustig gelegen met een vriendelijke en behulpzame staf.

Sommige details zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Dit heeft echter geen negatieve invloed op ons verblijf gehad. Kamer zeer netjes, ruim en comfortabel. We zaten aan de kant van de vijver die, bij een zonnige ochtend zoals bij ons het geval was, een zeer mooi en rustgevend uitzicht biedt.
