"älteres Guesthouse - in Ordnung, sehr gute Lage, mit 9,2 jedoch überbewertet"

sehr zentrale Lage, nettes und höfliches Personal, hilfsbereit, saubere und bequeme Betten

Das Guesthouse ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Selbstverständlich haben wir keine neue Unterkunft erwartet. Jedoch waren die zuerst gebuchten Doppelzimmer leider mit sehr wenig Licht und etwas unterdurchschnittlich. Die Fotos im Web sind hier sehr positiv dargestellt. Wir waren sehr glücklich, dass wir mit wenig Aufwand ein upgrade für schönere und hellere Zimmer im Obergeschoss ändern konnten. Hier wurde uns sofort geholfen. Grundsätzlich ist die Ausstattung für ein altes Guesthouse in Ordnung - die Bewertung 9,2 "hervorragend" mit 4 Sterne finden wir jedoch nicht gerechtfertigt und mit 175 EUR pro Nacht viel zu teuer. Nachdem wir auschecken wollten erhielten wir noch eine gesonderte Abrechnung vom Frühstück von Toastscheiben etc. obwohl die Buchung "inclusive Frühstück" lautete. Zudem war das Frühstück für südafrikanische Verhältnisse sehr überschaubar. Nachdem wir reklamierten wurden uns die Zusatzkosten jedoch freundlicher Weise erlassen. Positiv zu erwähnen sind jedoch die sehr sauberen Betten und das zuvorkommende Personal.

"Gutes Hottel für Kapstadt mit antiken Möbrl und schönem Garten"

Zwei schöne alte Häuser, sehr liebevoller Garten mit Pool, extrem sorgfältige Details, sehr nette Besitzerin und Personal, sehr bemüht um uns, wir wurden im Zimmer upgegradet. Die Lage ist zentral, ruhig, sicher.

An manchen Stellen vlt etwas zu voll möbliert, sonst alles super !

Frühstück konnte optional gebucht werden, empfanden wir jedoch als ziemlich teuer Nur ein Badezimmer für 5 Personen Relativ hellhörig

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet, hat eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Das Silvester Dinner am Pool war etwas Besonderes! Wir haben die drei Tage sehr genossen und können Mountain Manor nur empfehlen!
