Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Welcoming staff and quick service. Bedding and bathroom clean. Ideal location.

Room was too hot and fan didn't help. They need air conditioning. Room very small on third floor with only a space for a double bed. We had to top and tail to sleep as not much room side by side. Would have liked a bath, but en-suite too small. For £185 I would have expected a larger room with a few more amenities like phone, air conditioning and fridge. No milk when we arrived, so had to travel down 3 sets of stairs to ask reception, ended up as sterilised milk. As this was my first time here, I won't be coming back.

Pleasant welcome made me feel relaxed & that I could ask for anything I needed. Room was pristine & looked newly decorated with immaculate carpet. Super comfy bed & breakfast was excellent as advertised. I had a good rest which prepared me for my onward journey to the Cambrian mountains. The station & amenities were close by as well.

No fish options for breakfast (salmon, haddock, kippers etc) Pricy for time of year. No parking, had to pay.

Amazing waterfront hotel with views over the bay. It was so special to watch the sunset over the water from our bedroom window. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The staff are lovely. Breakfast was great - lots of options and everything is cooked fresh.
