Un desastre.... Me cobraron a estadía dos veces alegando que no había entrado la plata. El servicio la verdad que más pareció que me hacían un favor... Cuando hice el descargo paara que me reembolsen, la mismísima dueña me dijo que por teléfono o email no pueden solucionarme... Que debería ir en persona. Tengo grabada la conversación. Deja mucho que desear... No lo recomiendo ni ahí.

Some things were broken. The shower door was coming out all the time, I couldn’t even close it. It could even be dangerous. I had to open up the water tank in the toilet to pull the plastic thing to flush the toilet.

3 high bunks that aren't fastened to the wall and wobble all night if you are in the top bunk.

The owner is such a sweetheart. Because she is the owner she is really nice and it is pretry obvius she carestía about the customers.

The employees who are venezuelan at the front desk are really really rude and not friendly. Whenever I said 'thank you' to the female receptionist she never answered, never smiled and it seemed that she did not like being asked questions. I have been to hostels in many countries and they usually are very friendly and talkative. Now, about the male receptionist, I wanted to stay two more nights... when I said that I would aim to make a reservation on booking he got so upset and told me that I should book it with him there and not through booking. I did not like that he wanted me to book it with him with a higher price... I truly believe that if these two receptionist treat customers they way they treated my mum and I, the hostel will lose clients sooner or later.
