The beds and mattress was really uncomfortable There was no soap or towel paper in the toilett

Small options for breakfast but it was enough ! It was much better than I expected for hostel. People super nice even not everybody can't speak english. They tried help me when I had a problem even I didn't speak spanish and they english. Some of the employees can speak English

I could hear a ringbell from main doors in my room. It was a minus. In my time there was not so many people so it was okey.

"Day staff amazing, night laughable"

The day staff are amazing!

The other people in the accommodation and room are horrible. The security guard likes to sleep and when he is awakened at 6am he is extremely unpleasant.
