"A Flawless Family Escape, The Crown Jewel of Puglia"

Without question, this is the finest hotel we have experienced in all of Italy, and we don’t say that lightly. Traveling as a family of four with young children (ages 5 and 9), we often find that luxury and family-friendliness are difficult to balance. Here, they are perfected effortlessly. The property itself is breathtaking, the kind of place that makes you stop and take a slow breath the moment you arrive. The spa is exceptional, a genuine sanctuary that left us completely restored. And the restaurant? It outshone every top-rated dining experience we sought out across Puglia, no small feat in a region celebrated for its cuisine. This is Puglia’s best-kept secret, and we are already counting the days until we return.

Spa troppo affollata tanto da non poter usufruire di nulla tranne che della piscina che era freddina fra l altro e colazione povera rispetto alle altre volte

"Endroit magnifique mais pas en hors saison. Ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles. Heureusement que le personnel est là!"

La serviabilité du personnel

Nous sommes allés en mai. Pas de terrasse pour prendre un verre ou un café. Piscine éloignée. Fenêtre sans vue. Frigo pas froid et pas de bouloir électrique ou un café expresso dans la chambre. Fort orienté sur la partie événementiel ( mariage ou autre fêtes). Literie et coussin pas terrible.

Abbiamo prenotato la suite e ci aspettavamo un ingresso incluso alla spa . Era invece a pagamento ( due adulti e una bambina costo 100 euro ) e per un massimo di 1 ora ..Ora il cliente che sceglie la suite desidera relax senza essere schiavo del tempo . Forse su questo dovrebbero cambiare la loro policy e pensare a una formula all inclusive .
