Die Lage unseres Zimmers war phantastisch. Das große Außenbecken ist genial. Allerdings ist der Wellnessbereich für die Größe des Hotels zu klein. Das Essen war lecker und ausreichend. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurantbereich war durchweg freundlich, und und zuvorkommend. Das Personal an der Reception war zwar freundlich aber zeigte sich gefühlt etwas genervt, wenn man irgendwelche Wünsche hatte. Wir fragten zB an ob es möglich ist zwei Einzelmatrazen zu bekommen, da die doppelte Matraze keine gute Nachtruhe ermöglichte. Nach 3 Tagen erhielten wir , aber erst nach Nachfrage, die Info, wir könnten in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Das wollten wir wegen der verbleibenden 2 Tage natürlich nicht...Die Nachfrage nach WC-Papier mußte auch 2 mal erfolgen... Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist etwas veraltet und abgewohnt. Die Wasserhähne im Bad sowohl bei Dusche und Waschbecken sind nicht ordentlich funktionstüchtig.

Das wellnes Hotel ist sehr gut und passt zu Dorint hotels. Das Frühstück Buffet ist ganz toll. Zimmer sind klasse und das gesamt Personal. Der Spa und Sauna Bereich war nicht sauber. Die Hälfte staunen haben leider nicht funktionieren. Nirgends waren saubere frische Handtücher zu bekommen. Mussten man zu Rezeption zurück gehen. Insgesamt wurden wir gerne wieder kommen.
