Slight drain smell periodically and they really do not need the ugly hot tub!

The staff were lovely

It was loud due to the decking position. The glasses were not cleaned properly in the restaurant with smears. The balcony had not been cleaned, and the door would not stay shut unless locked. Getting a drink at the oyster bar took far longer than required and was overly complicated. Overall, you pay for a 5 star experience, and this was far from it.
