環境がよく道庁の眺めが素敵だった。フロントの方々もみな笑顔をたやさず応対をされていたので気分よく過ごせた。ただ一つ難を言えばホテルに向かう途中、道順を電話で聞いたが教えかたが不十分で着くまで時間がかかったことくらい。

毎月色々なホテルに　泊まっていますが　TVを　余り見ない私には　部屋にBG Mが　流れる事とても新鮮に感じました。朝まで　ずっと　良く眠れました。

朝食の内容が　ちょっと　残念　今の時代物価が高く大変だと思います…が、　朝食代が　少しお高いかな…と。

札幌駅やすすきのに行きやすく、だけど繁華街からは外れているので、静かでよかったです。

お客様がいてもフロントが対応せず、接客中のフロントが他のフロントに対応を促していた。
