Hotel San Luis Lindavista

The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Unsafe, no on-site security what so ever. Rooms were horrible, noisy and Expedia given edge/corner rooms with horrible views what stated on online pictures. Definitely will NOT RETURN.

The ladies that worked there were rude when we would ask a question they had attitudes and didn’t try to help at all and not professional at all. The men on the other hand were very helpful and when we complained about certain things they would take care of it. We had a dirty pillow case when we got there and the water pressure to the shower was awful. The water temperature would go from warm to cold a lot but we delt with it. The men made us feel welcomed though. And the restaurant was horrible we waited over an hour for our food and still didn’t get all our food and nasty overall

Excelente hotel… el mejor de Culiacan… muy seguro y muy bonitas las instalaciones… muy bonita vista… seguro cuando regrese a Culiacan me hospedaré ahí…

It’s very close to downtown

Definitely had a good stay, and we will for sure be going back. The view was the best, everyone was friendly, and food was great!

The service was outstanding. The administration employees did an excellent job overall. The administrative assistant on the front desk welcome me with a smile and assured me that my stay would be pleasant and it was. All employees were extremely friendly. Thank you for your outstanding job.

The air conditioner malfunctioned in the middle of the night. Called the lobby and a representative changed us to a different room.
