Perfect spot to pick up one of the water taxis out to the Marlborough Sounds the following morning.

Motel was neat and tidy, rooms were clean. Walking distance to town.

The bathroom was very weird. There was no where to put your soap etc in the shower box. The towel rail was closer to the toilet than the shower as was the cabinet with the shampoo etc. Very strange set up. Beds were OK but the worst part was there was no air conditioning and it was summer time. They provided a fan which was so noisy that it could not be left on all night.
