Le chocolat chaud au top, petit déjeuner copieux

Parking non clôturé, tâches sur la moquette, odeurs dans les couloirs et dans la chambre, cheveux présents sur le dessus de la porte de la sdb (mur). Femme de ménage ouvrant la porte à 8h30 alors que toujours présents dans la chambre.

Nous avons apprécié la compréhension de la personne à l'accueil qui a finis par accepter de décaler légèrement l'heure de sortie,car apparemment ce n'est pas dans leurs habitudes, nous avions un rdv médical relativement tôt et cela nous a permis de laisser nos affaires et de revenir pour tout remballer et de se rafraîchir sans stress, avant de reprendre la route. C'était bien appréciable^^

Ce n'est pas grd chose, mais nous avons remarqué que par rapport à la plupart des autres établissements ça manquait de petites attentions en chambre.... ainsi que nombre restreint de serviettes oreillés ( cela à été réglé très rapidement et très aimablement avec le personnel présent à notre arrivée)

J’ai passé 2 nuits. Personne n'est passé pour rectifier le lit, vider la poubelle, changer les serviettes. Douche extrêmement petite, installation ayant du vécu et dégradé, dû à la praticité de la douche...

l'accueil agréable et efficace

qualité du petit déjeuner et choix, en arrivant à 8h45 le buffet était dévasté et apparemment il n'était pas prévu de le réapprovisionner donc 2 matins sur les trois je me suis contenté de ce que je trouvais....... les plateaux des petits déjeuners terminés sont empilés sur deux tables de la salle, ....c'est pas très accueillant quand on arrive le matin. la chambre (102 rdc) plutôt désuète et vieillissante (moquette trouée tachée, rideau voilage déchiré), traces et coulure le long de la cuvette extérieure du wc (trace d'urine !!!) la remarque sur le voilage a été signalée dès le matin de ma première nuit mais malgré cela tout est resté en l'état
