My Expedia reservation was not in their system when we arrived but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to find me a room right away. Really appreciated that our cats could stay with us for a very reasonable fee too. Breakfast was delicious as well!

I really like the hotel, I’ll recommend this hotel, only one suggestion ice machine to have on site available for customers.

The room had glass counters and table DANGEROUS and not too smart. It is winter and we were not told that there is no heat in the room unless you walked up 3 flights to another room. CLEVER! We were forced to stay because of this We had to walk up 3 flites and both us are in our 80s No fun They should disclose this especially as this is winter. Even though we stayed we would ask for a refund Please respond Thank you Mr and Mrs Moss

Problemas con suministro de agua caliente, por lo que el ingeniero esperando llegar a tener una buena experiencia bajó a recepción para avisar.

Las habitaciones son como aparecen en las fotos. Es muy conveniente como hotel de paso, mientras haces un viaje largo. En la recepción, en el check-in, el empleado que nos atendió no era amable y quería cobrar de más. Al final se resolvió, pero se tuvo que hablar a Expedia por ayuda.

No encontraban mi reservación, e incluso me dijeron que no había realizado la reservación. Quise proporcionar el número y no me aceptaron mi sugerencia

Had to wait to get what we previously reserved, a king bed, but other than that we have no complaints. The room was clean and accommodating. I missed having a bath mat, but that’s not very important. I was traveling with my dog and there was an extra charge of $250 pesos. Had to go back to the fine print to find this rule. So be prepared if traveling with a pet.
